Galloways Cocktail - Bellingham

The cocktails and food at this restaurant are truly unique and exceptional. I had a blue cocktail that I can't quite remember the name of, but it was made with lavender-infused vodka, blueberries, and blackberry syrup—it was amazing! I also tried the baked bratwurst topped with cherries and onions, which was simply unbelievable! The restaurant also has outdoor seating. Everyone in the city recommended this place, and they were spot on!

This is a fantastic little cocktail bar! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they really listen to your preferences. We love the unique menu they offer as well. We'll definitely be coming back!

Spent a weekend in Bellingham/Fairhaven and found Galloways the first night. We loved the ambiance and vibe! The drinks were amazing and our bartender really was good at his craft! We enjoyed it so much we went back for a second night. We will be back when we are back in town!

The cocktails here are fantastic! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Be sure to try the Queen Beer cocktail from the gallon; it's a must!

I would rate this place with 6 stars if I could. amanda is the largest bartender drinker I've ever met. give this wonderful place her business! they feel like a high-level general eating drink in these walls. prost.
