Pho Ly - Bellingham

No frills mom and pop joint with efficient service typically only two ppl working! Don’t expect a fancy ambiance as you will be disappointed. Why is this place busy despite the above? Food is decent and price is right. I wasn’t a fan of the salad roll tho! Portions were just right and seems like there wasn’t any MSG as I didn’t get any reaction after. Pho is about $14 large.

Absolutely adore this place! Wonderful people that work here make you feel like family. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Foods fast and delicious definitely my favorite spot for pho!

Absolutely delicious! Wonderful, friendly owners who treat their customers right and fair prices. But the pho?? OMG, so good. I could eat it every day, and my kids love it, too.

Great spot for a snowy hungover meal. The owners are super nice and they were pretty quick with their service even during a busy time . The pho was really good and flavorful ecspecially with all the amazing pho toppings. Not a bad pho place to visit.

This is the best pho in town! They also offer a wide variety of other dishes. I always go there for the pho! The service is fantastic, and the owners are active members of the community — always working hard and full of joy. I highly recommend it! 10/10.
