DELICIOUS HOT POT! We truly loved the hot pot experience. If you gather 3 or 4 people to share, it's an excellent value for the price.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the Wagyu Pho.

The food I ordered was absolutely delicious. The duck was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender enough to fall off the bone. This restaurant always serves generous portions, so I had some leftovers to take home with me.

My friend had told me if I ever got to Bellingham I had to try the Vietnamese pizza at Soy House. He wasn't kidding it is excellent!

Despite these minor menu annoyances, everything on the table looked amazing. The service was laid-back; the staff was very friendly but maintained a respectful distance. Our server didn’t approach us until she noticed we were ready to order. However, I realize that since I joined my friend at the table, she may have greeted her before I arrived. I appreciated that they respected our space, as we were there to catch up and it worked perfectly. We never felt rushed, even though we stayed for over an hour during lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a tad greasy, but that’s pretty typical for Chow Mein. I also ordered an egg roll to go with it, and it was heavenly—served piping hot with a tangy ginger dipping sauce. I could have eaten a whole plate of those! I’m looking forward to returning and am excited about their decor changes. It really elevates the experience, making it feel like a lovely place to dine rather than just a hole-in-the-wall Asian eatery.
