Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a pretty big order a couple weeks ago and I have to say that Melissa the manager in the Bellmore Location was amazing! We had trouble ordering online and decided to call to place our order and Melissa was very patient and kind on the phone. Andshe was even nicer in person. When I went to pick up the order she made sure that the order was correct. She was veryprofessional and friendly. The food also tasted great! Fresh and tasty. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!
Wings were good, some over cooked could've been better. 1st time trying this place n this place is EXTREMELY small.
Friday night 10/28 I walk in the restaurant at 1131pm, they close at midnight. Two young employees are in The kitchen using terrible language, i finally get their attention and I tell them I want to place an order of wings. He asks me what flavor andif I am paying cash or card. When I say card, he takes another 5 minutes and comes back out saying sorry they are closed. Ioffer to pay cash he tells me hold on again, makes me wait another 5 min just to tell me ya sorry we are closed. Terribleservice here, I wonder how many customers they lose because of this. I rarely write reviews and almost never complain aboutservice. I am writing this review more so to inform the owner of what these kids are doing to his/her business so it canpossibly be corrected. As a small business owner myself it troubles me to see employees treat someone else?s livelihood withsuch blatant disregard.
Went In last week, Rude staff, overpriced soggy chicken with the wrong ingredients. Not worth the 15-20 minute wait. The 35 minute trip to wingstop is much more worth it than the 15 minute trip here.
I have been coming here for about 5 years now and honestly myself and my kids absolutely LOVE IT!!! And the staff is very nice with a very clean restaurant
