The Ranch House At Choctaw Preserve

The restaurant is closed. Our reservation was canceled without any prior notice, and all we received was an email stating that they were closed immediately.

The atmosphere was fantastic! I was really impressed with the options! Our server, Rachael (not sure about the spelling?), knew the menu inside and out, so we ended up letting her choose our dishes for us. What a great decision that turned out to be! The watermelon salad was an unexpected mix of summer flavors that worked really well together—it was incredibly refreshing! The venison empanadas were also a hit, featuring delightful flavor combinations! While the bison ribeye wasn’t quite as tender as the filet, both cuts were exceptionally flavorful. We definitely need to come back for brunch!

We enjoyed a delightful lunch during our visit. I ordered the shrimp salad with grilled watermelon, which was outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the view from our table, which overlooked the stunning landscape. The service was top-notch; our server shared the fascinating history of the ranch with us. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing experience.

Beautiful place for a fabulous culinary experience. the cook is great and our waiter was great. they also have the best **** maria in the country!

The food from appetizer to desert was awesome! The short ribs are the best anywhere!
