It 's a loving approach to hot dogs and beer, an attitude of make the best experience instead of make the fastest buck but with warmth and humility, not pretentious. Quality meats and toppings lavished in sumptuous bread.
Did not finish my brat. Mustard was weird, sausage was unremarkable, same for bun. Cheesy tater tots were supermarket tots that were deep fried with a liquid-style cheese sauce squirted across the top. We did not have any beer. But it looked like they had a great selection of draft beers.
This place is best described as shake shacks inner design, in and outs quick service and actually high quality food all packed into one. If you are in a rush, not to worry, I went there on a Saturday at noon and barely fifteen people were there. It has a cute rustic interior and funny posters all around. There’s hot dogs, sausages and burgers all for a pretty low price. Parking can be a little tough, but apart from that I guarantee you will have a spectacular time no matter what you eat.
Hot dogs on hawaiian bread is on another level. We got the downtown dog and ate outside on the dog friendly patio. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other menu items.
I was finally able to try PYT from Russian river here. They have good selection of Beer. The Nashville hot Chicken was good, not as hot I usually want but it was pretty solid. 4/5 for atmosphere because there was a weird sounds like a hovering helicopter above the building.
