Hobee's - Belmont

I love going to Hobees the breakfast is everything but sometime I just want a mimosa and the always have them so good

We’ve been coming to this area for years and just discovered this restaurant. Richard our waiter was better than outstanding, he was friendly, patient and caring. As you can see from the pictures the food was presented hot. Let’s just say the taste was top of the line. Next time in SF we will stop again.

I had a small revelation this morning. With rare exceptions, I always feel a little disappointed with breakfast restaurants. Today, I realized it is because I always compare them to Hobee's and they just come up short. 30+ years ago when I lived in the Bay Area, we would go to Hobee's on a regular basis. My wife and I have always missed it since moving away. Today, we were able to return and have a great breakfast. Oh, the coffee cake, the cinnamon orange tea, the DeAnza Bowl and High Hat Ommie.... Nothing like it in the world and thus my eternal disappointment. Obviously we will have to make the drive again.... And again or live life forever sad.
