Ihop - Belmont

This IHOP is the best we've ever been to! The service, timing, and food were all excellent.

Absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. Our server, EDDIE, rudely threw our drinks on the table and refused to take our order. When we requested to speak to the manager, she provided poor customer service by raising her voice and not addressing the issue of the drinks being thrown. Despite being a loyal customer of this IHOP for years, I will never return to this location.

I believe this iHop is the best. It's even better than the one in RWC. The food is not greasy and the bacon is crispy. I particularly enjoy the strawberry and cream crepes. The taste of the food is different compared to the RWC location. The staff is also very friendly.

The ladies who serve are friendly, the place is nice, spend a good afternoon enjoying a hamburger and my husband an omelette.

Not happy. Rubbery crepes with only 5 strawberries. No follow up to see how I was doing, no coffee refill. I like to be waited on not neglected when I spend my hard earned money to eat out.
