Starbucks - Belmont

Alfredo is super rude about customer service. I am asking to make it not too sweet and he said sorry I can’t do it. This customer service is so bad. Never come back again!

Very spacious and accommodating. Excellent customer service and clean bathroom.

Great for study. They don't honor there hours on Google Maps.Sunday 530pm close not 630pm.

This Starbucks was doing so good when I last came in to get a drink with a snack. Only now the services since New years Eve and today have been going downhill. It's like they hate working here but when I have seen another customer walk in here to get her iced tea they were most likely thanking her and wishing her a happy new year right in front of me. ?This is why I only come during the morning rush, whenever I'm in the area.This Starbucks in Belmont needs to do a better job at hospitality this is the second time in a week that I've been given the cold shoulder and for making me feel unwelcome due to their cold stair. The irony of some of the baristas working to serve people. ?‍

This is a nice Starbucks to enjoy a beverage. There are tables to dine indoor or read a good book or study as long as you don't mind the cafe background noise. Service was friendly at the counter to order. The barista was efficient that I received my order in good time.
