Food and service was great. The only issue we had was they were out of chicken fried steak which is the reason we went there.

Breakfast prices are unbelievable!!! Very clean diner with a roadway theme. Waitstaff is friendly, works together with the kitchen and clearly enjoy their job. My garden veggie omelette and American fries were delicious! Loaded with veggies and neatly folded omelette. Fries were seasoned and crispy. Bottomless cup of coffee with plenty of chances for refills. Also, they offer a cash discount!

Great place to stop while traveling through the area. Burger with fries is $10 and much better than fast food options that would cost the same. Everything was fresh and the bun (of all things) was good, too. We subbed out the fries for crispy onion rings and those were sooooooooo good. Admittedly, after reading all the previous reviews, I was nervous. I am wondering if we are experiencing the same restaurant. We had good, quick service. Good food. Pepsi products. Room in the lot for us to park with a trailer. Even the interaction of the locals was a pleasure to watch. Oh! And, a ton of dessert choices!

It's been years since I was there, so that should say something. If it's outstanding I'll go often. Went today and had chicken and hash browns. Chicken too salty and hash browns were ok, I'm use to not having to add anything to make food better. Waitress was nice, gave me a heads up I was sitting too close to the bar's kitchen door. And they said bless you when I sneezed. That was the reason for the 3 stars. Food wise I wouldn't recommend, service wise yes. I'm sorry but to get me as a repeat, you need to rock my taste buds. No restaurant in the area can do that.
