The service was very good and a woman named janet made sure to go above average in customer service when getting my food

Clean, very friendly service, good concessions, and not too busy. This is my new go-to theater!

Used to love this theater it was small, comfy, and convenient. Unfortunately, the past couple of times have been a customer service let down. It’s super frustrating to stand in line for 10+ minutes while one high school staff member works the cashier, 5 others stand and chit chat at the ticket booth, 3 others are filling up a popcorn machine that takes 1 person, 4 are behind the registers just shooting the breeze watching more and more people come in and wait in line. It wasn’t until one of the staff members saw multiple customers getting frustrated before deciding to jump on another register and be proactive.

Came to just eat. We didn’t even watch a movie, just came for lunch!!

I have been going to your theater since it opened and I am so sad to see how much it has declined. It’s not only falling apart it is filthy. I understand that times may be hard and you are unable to repair it, but at the very least keep it clean. Your employees were standing around doing nothing while there was trash, food and drink spills all over the theatre we were about to watch a movie in. It’s very disappointing. I hope to see changes soon
