Bagelsmith Food Store Deli Pizzeria

Hey Bagelsmith, I've been a loyal customer for years and have always enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and food. Unfortunately, my recent experiences haven't been great. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with extra bacon, well done, but it came out chewy and fatty with no extra bacon at all. This has happened multiple times now. I really hope you can address this and possibly provide some additional training for the younger staff on the grill. I would prefer to discuss this privately, but I simply don't have time in the mornings when I'm rushing to work.

The breakfast sandwich was tasty, but the experience was dampened by the rude service. The middle-aged woman with short hair at the register was unfriendly and gave my friends and me dirty looks. When we approached the counter, she didn't greet us with a simple "hello" or "good morning" and appeared annoyed by our larger order. My friend, who lives in Belvidere, brought me here, but I won’t be coming back because of this. First impressions matter, and she certainly didn't make us feel welcome.

The pizza is fantastic! I highly recommend it! The hoagies are great as well, but the pizza is truly something special. You have to give it a try!

Decided to have pizza, so I called and ordered ahead.It was ready when I got there. I ordered a large pie, half sausage and half mushroom.... it was delicious!

If you're a contractor, this is a good place to get a breakfast sandwich or lunch. There is a Pizza place next door as well.I suggest calling your order in if you can.This place can get busy and stressful for theStaff. But the food is good. The pizzeria food looks good, too.
