I had the tie and got 2 nice pieces. the chips were fantastic, beautiful and crispy on the outside, but fluffy kartoffels. the waffles for the desert were nice, but a bit expensive. the staff was friendly and attentive, but it took some time to come for our meals. it was also disappointing to know that they calculate a credit card surcharge. the sign for this is small and from the cash in the cash. this fee is only part of their business expenses and customers to calculate for it is a bit rude, especially as the men's cards use due to covid.
Yes michael, we were back with a busload of residents from our retired village. once again an amazing experience eating tasty personal wonderful everyone enjoys their hospitality, eating, atmosphere. really their honesty for their mistake to load the full meal as we enticed great what. a surprise when we return to our village to have refund. many thanks for not even being noticed. we'll be back soon.
The children had specially ordered cocks. it was nice. the salmon was a bit dry. the fish and chips were amazingly fresh. the highlight were the thick cut chips. they were slightly torn outside and juicy inside. the chicken carving was good, but the sauce...was a sweet floral aroma of rose water. that was a little taste. the garden ambience is beautiful and would like to go back in the evening ... I think it would be a charming experience.
Had a really nice time .despite a first problem with the Christmas menu they came absolute trumps and we had a delicious Christmas meal as we had planned. that was excellent and nothing was too much annoyed. beautiful place will definitely return and will... come to other
We stopped for lunch on our way to Strathalbyn from Langhorne Creek. Our first impressions were not great due to the signage and the confusion of two driveways. After parking, we navigated through what felt like a maze to find our way inside. The food and service were satisfactory, but I was disappointed to discover a credit card surcharge that was not communicated to me beforehand. The explanation given was that there was a sign somewhere, though its location was not specified. As we left, we noticed a sign we had missed earlier directing us to a closer parking spot. Despite these minor issues, our visit was still enjoyable overall.
