Jimmy John's - Bemidji

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. One small suggestion for improvement would be to number the wrappers when giving multiple sandwiches in an order and to ask customers if they would like a combo or just the sandwich at the time of ordering. These small changes could greatly improve customer satisfaction.

Is Jimmy John's infamous for messing up online orders? I recently moved 300 miles away from my old go-to spot, and on my first and only order so far, this place made a mistake. I'll still eat here, but it's probably better to go in person instead of ordering online.

When I visited this restaurant, they were understaffed, but the employees were still friendly. I really appreciated that. The sandwich was delicious, as always. Jimmy John's is the top sandwich chain in the country. Thank you for the great food. Hopefully, when you have a full staff again, you can reward your hardworking employees - they deserve it.

I've been calling for over 30 mins and nobody picks up. They close at 9 so it's a bit confusing. I'm starving and pregnant and only want jimmy johns.
