Contribuisci feedbackI was disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. The Cinnabon Delights I ordered were often forgotten, and the Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes were missing sour cream and some even lacked cheese. Some of the employees were also quite rude. However, there were also some very helpful and friendly associates who made up for the negatives. They always found a way to make things right.
I visited this restaurant for the first time in 15 years. The drive-thru was busy, but inside the restaurant was not crowded. The food was delicious and served hot.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. They couldn't even correct a simple mistake.
If I could not give stars, I would. this place refused our service to have two great commands, and this young (lol) did not say that he called them for him. sadly little place we have here, they do not recommend.
Several times I have gone to this location to order something to eat. The last time was December 17th in the middle of the afternoon. I get that they are understaffed and lobby is closed but on that day with no signs and had a white Chevy parked to keep the drive thru blocked. If the place can’t be open certain hours as well do something to let patrons know. Proof management and owners are lazy and don’t care. Reason to quit going there.
