Saw some glowing reports online so gave this place a try. Not a tourist place and the waiter, although friendly, only spoke rudimentary English. But the food was excellent. Real home cooking. We shared a large house salad to start. My wife had a generous portions of fresh tuna, grilled as a main. My main was a pair of juicy pork chops. Fresh cut chips. With homade desserts, a bottle of Rioja, coffee and free liquors we paid just 35 euros. Good service. Highly recommended.
We popped in for lunch , we had our dog with us so we sat outside in the porch , We decided on the menu del día for €8.50 a head We had salad and garlic soup for starters , lomo and chorizo for mains , melon and cheesecake for desert Everything was served with a smile , well cooked and tasted great We will be back again
9 amigos nos reunimos después de una visita a la cueva de la Pileta. Recibimos un trato inmejorable, las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron acertadas. La calidad ha sido perfecta. Volveremos.
Una pena la experiencia porque pedimos albóndigas en salsa infumable. Qué pena. Digo una pena porque el resto de la comida estaba a un nivel medio-alto. para destacar para bien el secreto ibérico que era simplemente espectacular. con respecto a las albóndigas, poner eso mejor fuera de la carta, rezando por los incomunicados.
