Sonic Drive-in - Benbrook

The customer service at Sonic is lacking as the food is brought out slowly. I fail to see the appeal of this establishment.

I really enjoy dining at this wonderful restaurant. The wait staff can be a bit short on busy nights, but that's because this location is so popular. The food is always properly prepared and served hot. I would give it a 5-star rating.

I recently had a meal at this restaurant that was prepared incorrectly. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved because the manager I initially spoke with was no longer there and the new manager did not have the authority to fix the mistake. They mentioned that my online order through the Sonic app was not sufficient to make changes. I hope that these two employees can work together to improve their service in order to receive better reviews in the future. It is disappointing to see people working in the fast food industry who do not take pride in their work. I recommend that this manager find a role that better suits their skills if they do not value customer satisfaction.

Last time I came to this one we ordered a reeses master shake, and a brownie batter master shake. They gave us a reeses pieces shake, and a cookies and cream regular shake, and we didn't even notice until we got home because we got whipped cream on top. Today I go there, and I order a medium pickle fry and they said we can only do smalls', buy I have been ordering mediums the past few times I went. I ask why I can't get a medium, she said because I was told that. Well....if I can order two smalls why can't I order a medium lmao? That makes actual no sense whatsoever. I'd rather go to the one on Camp Bowie lol. How ridiculous.
