Starbucks - Benbrook

How is it possible that this location has a 4.3 rating? 4-5 times there. the customer service is terrible every time. they really don't understand that dietucks. we have died since 1993. that is a great disappointment. we're going out of the way to others dieucks.

Always super friendly baristas, never have problems with my command when I go (what not often) and they are in the very fast.

Run smoothly. we had dinner and ice cream. everything was perfect. Erin is a great customer service if you need something. She took care of us.

Never seem to get drink right. Always have to go to the one on Oakmont. Simple drink...venti caramel Frappuccino extra ice, double blended and really thick. Also, ask for a butter croissant cut in half......they cut it long ways. Guess my idea of cut in half and theirs are totally different. Half means half....not long ways. Just saying.

Some of the best service I have had at a Starbucks and friendly welcoming staff.Only negative is they keep it freezing cold.
