Classic double is always my favorite and it was made perfectly

I received the wrong items, and the burger that did arrive was drenched in sauce. It was so soggy that it was inedible.

It took three hours for my order to arrive, but the communication and assistance throughout the process were absolutely fantastic. Plus, the new iced chicken sandwich is delicious! It's a great way to kick off my year of fasting.

I received the wrong drink, my nuggets were missing, and someone put an excessive amount of sauce on the burger without including any dipping sauce. I've never encountered anything like this at any other restaurant. The burger was so unappetizing that I couldn't eat it.

Carl's is truly the only fast-food hamburger chain I seek out. I appreciate their variety of options and how good their hamburgers are. There's also a great level of consistency across their locations.
