Dakine Grindz - Bend

Rightfully dubbed the best shaved ice in Bend. We got the Baby Beach size and didn’t expect how large they would actually be. Great flavor selection! Try the sweet cream on top, you won’t regret it.

Just got back from Hawaii a week ago and craved shaved ice. This place came highly recommended by friends and I'm so glad I went! Our new family favorite spot ? the guy who took our order was very polite and told us how he loves his job which was very refreshing!

We just stopped here tonight and unfortunately they had run out of ice I guess everyone had the same idea on a hot day and heard this place is the best in town! Even though we were unable to try it this time- I have to give it five stars because of the two people working! I wish I would have caught their names because they were so sweet and felt so bad for not having ice. They were recommending other treat places in the area and were seriously the nicest people!! If the workers read these- to the girl from DC and the guy from Charleston: you both were amazing and kind!! Thank you and hope we can stop by next time we visit Bend

Good flavors, not too heavy though we chose from the fruit based ones on the lower right of the menu. They were out of a most of the ingredients for the house made items, but of course they were on a Sunday that was the 7th day in a row with 100+ high temps! Both were friendly, helpful and patient. My kid dropped some of hers, and we never would have asked for more, but the girl working the booth offered to make a little extra for her. Very sweet and thoughtful.
