El Rancho Grande Mexican - Bend

Walked in and was not greeted by the hostess who then rolled her eyes before taking us to our table, there were only four of us. Our server was also less than enthusiastic about taking care of us, slammed down the hot sauces we asked for, clearly did not want to be helping us. Then there was the food, carnitas fajitas were dry and looked old, the tortillas were also dry and not warm. One of the kids got chicken strips and fries, the fries came out hard as rocks and looked like they had been sitting under the warming light for hours. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years and I hate complaining but I asked for a manager and it turned out that the manager was the grumpy guy serving us, he did comp the two meals that we complained about but did not change his attitude at all, I was very polite and apologetic to him and he did not seem to care. After leaving all four of us are sick.

Loved this place. Food was great, service was great, can't say enough good about this place. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Over-priced and bland food. The carnitas (more like pulled pork) had bo flavor and was $4.50 FOR A STREET TACO! Definitely won't be coming back. Bummer cabin south closed.

Went here while in town on business. It was a good spot for great food! Highly recommend!
