Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant is quite expensive, and we had to wait even just before closing time. If you want bread, you need to request it. It was also very loud inside. On a positive note, the waitstaff were very friendly.
It was my first time dining here, and the food was incredible. We were in town for a concert and got to enjoy the band's sound check while we ate!
The pasta was quite good, but the indoor and outdoor seating areas were quite noisy. On the plus side, the service was excellent.
Update: The manager reached out and offered to help with issuing a refund, as well as send us a free entreé coupon. Much happier with the customer service received and will be giving Pastini’s another chance. Placed an order online and had my husband pick it up. When he got there, he was told the order wasn’t ready, waited 30+ minutes, asked if it was almost ready, and was told it was still being worked on. He requested a refund from the female manager who told him he’d have to request a refund online instead. No apologies were made and no attempt to make it right or offer compensation. As much as my husband and I love the atmosphere and food, we will not be returning as a customer due to the extremely poor customer service.
Wait staff was efficient and friendly, no complaints!
