Shinsei Sushi - Bend

Great sushi and a really nice waitstaff. This was even open on a Sunday!

I've been here a handful of times and really enjoy it. The food is always great, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is always nice. They can get quite busy here. Like standing while you wait. But it is very much worth it. Prices aren't bad. However they can get up there when you let your stomach do the ordering. If you haven't tried Shinsei Sushi yet, I would recommend you give it a try.

My husband and I LOVE this place. We come here often for our date nights and the food is always delicious and the service is awesome. The parking is a little tricky but we always figure it out. We went tonight (7/31/24) for our anniversary and of course the food and cocktails were delicious but our waitress, Reese, was AWESOME! She was SO kind and bubbly and made conversation with us throughout our whole evening there. She made the whole experience a lot of fun overall. We definitely recommend this place.

Surprisingly great. Large pieces of fresh sashimi. Crisp tempura. Friendly service. Reasonably priced

Service from everyone who worked there was outstanding. And the food was fantastic. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back!
