The Bite - Bend

We love this place! The food trucks have something for everyone (sushi is on point... see photo) and the beverage selection consists of around 12 taps (all local) with wine and other drinks as well. The interior is cozy with a large fireplace to keep it warm during winter. Simple, clean and a friendly staff. What else can you ask?

The bite is always a good time and a great place to invite friends and family to hang out, especially if no one can collectively decide what they want to eat! The food truck selection is always good and I love the constantly changing rotation of taps and beverage options. The live music scene is also really funny when they have it! I always get super service from Julie at the bar, we love her!

What's not to love?!?!? Food trucks that offer different cuisines (sushi, tacos, Thai, sandwiches), a bar with an excellent offering of brews, seating outdoors to enjoy the day-a seriously awesome place to hang out! And, the vibe is so chill. The people hanging out were as friendly as they could be. I wish I had found this little jewel before now. Cheers!

We drove over here. Everyone in the car started screaming how cool it looked. So we stopped for dinner.. It was a great family atmosphere. The bissbar had 10 different local beers, local beers, local apple wines and Seltzer. So for the kids. In the covered area there were about 5 food trucks in one line. American, Thai, Woodfire pizza, Mexican, Sushi. And a razor ice cream. Something for everyone.

Absolutely a must for every visit to Bend. The bite has a large bar and seating area while waiting for your food truck order. Dog-friendly with snacks for free. We ordered ourselves at the pizza and sushi truck. Fast and friendly service. Food was amazing without anticipation. Parking is on the street, but simply on foot.
