Oriental Legend House - Bendigo

This is the best curry laksa in town—nothing even comes close. I'm ready to defend this claim fiercely! Before discovering this laksa, I was merely a boy; now, I feel like a man—one who is completely devoted to laksa. This dish is proof that a higher power exists, and that power wants us to experience happiness. I’m so moved by it that I plan to name my firstborn after the founder of Oriental Legend, simply because of this one incredible dish. I have three bank accounts: "Savings," "Child Support," and "Laksa Fund." But don't let the names fool you; they're all really just dedicated to laksa! This dish has even restored my grandmother's vision, and she’s never even tried laksa before!

You don't have to use chopsticks here! I usually avoid dining in shopping centers, but this place offers truly fresh Asian food prepared right in front of you. The Nasi Goreng was served hot, packed with plenty of shrimp. The Seafood Pad Thai was equally hot and incredibly tasty. As of December 2018, the price averages around $13.80 per meal. We keep coming back for more. The locals do too, as the place is always buzzing with activity, which indicates they're doing something right.

This restaurant is incredible! The service is fantastic—fast and friendly. Everything is made fresh, and the teriyaki beef rice noodles are outstanding! The beef is the most tender I've ever had (and believe me, I've had plenty). The Nasi Goreng is another favorite of mine. Since moving from Melbourne to Bendigo this year, I was thrilled to discover a small Asian restaurant that surpasses many of my favorite spots in Melbourne. I can't wait for my next meal!

Came in with my wife and daughter and got lunch today, very tasty food, will be back for sure.
