The Foundry Hotel Bistro - Bendigo

My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant in Bendigo. It was the best lunch we have ever had. The garlic-ball-lob was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly. We will definitely be returning when we are in Bendigo.

We don't frequent The Foundry often, but it has a great atmosphere. We tried the Plumen Parma last night, a common item on pub menus. It wasn't the best compared to others we've had. We preferred the Flying Moa dish, but it was definitely on the more expensive side.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and was greeted by a rude and unfriendly hostess. The fish and chips, as well as the salad, tasted frozen and bland. The scotch fillet was mostly fat covered in mushroom sauce. I would never return or recommend this place due to the poor service and tasteless food.

Excellent, efficient and friendly. we all ordered chicken parmas, four different options available. they were not delivered to the table long after we had ordered them and they were all delicious. great atmosphere and a very pleasant experience. will come back in any case!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Visiting from Melbourne, and a lovely place to visit and eat, couldn’t recommend enough!
