Welcome to India - Bendigo

I am often cautious when it comes to Indian restaurants in small towns that claim to be authentic, but this place really exceeded my expectations.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, which can be hard to come by. The staff is friendly and attentive, however, the food lacked flavor.

We had a lovely dinner on a Sunday evening at this restaurant. The hand-made samosas and pakoras were very tasty, followed by curries served with flaky homemade naan. The portions were generous and the young chef was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Welcome to India is a great little find in the Bendigo area. Tastefully decorated in an Indian theme and friendly service. The food is fantastic and available as takeaway as well. Can highly recommend it for an Indian fix in Bendigo.

I have to say, this place has the BEST Paneer Pakoras I have ever tasted!!!! Wow. And I tried their Shahi Paneer last night for the first time, I now have a new favourite dish. Their Naan bread is great too. Great food, great service, price is right - very happy return customers!!
