The chef was very gluten-free. he took me to the breakfast and dinner around the buffet and talked me through what was 100% safe. he was not overly happy about my missing options for breakfast, so cooked some separate dishes and also gluten-free bread and muffins for me to breakfast. due to the buffet style of food there is a risk of cross-contamination, but cook will cook them a special meal on request. there a few times without problems.
