Manager doesn’t know how to accommodate coupons and the pumpkin smash tastes like no pumpkin. She also didn’t give me the extra smoothie that results from adding protein. Matcha was fire.

Very good service. I used the app to order ahead. When I got there it was pretty much ready. Friendly staff. Just parking can be tight sometimes since it's a busy mall. Small shop and I didn't see any seating but quiet clean ambiance.

Not happy with Jamba at all today. I used to work at Jamba Juice as an Assistant Manager so I am more then familair with how things should be ran. First, I come in and I was not greeted by staff, which one seemed to be a lead. However, The cashier who helped me was nice.Next, I came and ordered a large Orange C Booster, which I substituted fresh OJ which I have done millions of times. Today the lead employee told me it was going to be an extra $5!!! Just to substitute fresh OJ in my drink. When she clearly seen my irritation she said she wouldn't charge me this time but for future reference. I am not happy with how she handled this situation. She was not friendly to me or the cashier. She scolded her in front of me, for not charging me. The cashier was unaware that she needed to charge me..the lead should of spoke to her behind the scenes. Not in front of a customer. The lead employee clearly seemed unhappy to be working there with her unprofessional, non friendly demeanor. I will not be coming back to this location.

Every time I go to this Jamba Juice they are out of something blueberries usually. Not the friendliest people either.
