I could have lived with it if I did not mention I do not eat meat but even after mentioning so !!!!!!!!!
We had a late lunch at Olive Garden this Sunday on the terrace. The service was really bad so many mistakes. Soup arrived cold 2 times, salade for me was served without fork and knif impossible to eat) The pasta orded with buttet al buro) for my daughter arrived without butter. Then come back with cheese. The third time was correct. My husband had his main course with spagetti instead of fetuchini... We did not said anything... The wine we request was chardonay. The waiter give us a super sweat wine and said it was the same.... not at all... Anyway the service was really bad and the food was cold or not what we had order... This Olive Garden is not the Olive Garden we normaly enjoy...
First time at this restaurant in Mexico, I like it in Chicago, San diego etc, same quality food, excellent service, very nice staff and very patient, I like the terrace and the view. I went with friends to celebrate my bday, excellent choice, I liked it very much, specially the lobster's canoli delicious, I strongly recommend it.
Reluctant for long to eat there since normally chain restaurants are not very good, family decided to have dinner there today and guess what.... they managed to exceed my expectations by far: THE WORST PLACE, FOOD AND SERVICE I have seen ever !!!! A/C temp way above acceptable and did NOT want to correct it. Waiters look directly into your eyes and do not pay attention. Place was empty (no wonder) and took 30 min to bring a Cole. Food was uneatable, really really bad Manager was unable or unwilling to acknowledge all this. Decided to go out on terrace (away from inside heat) and discovered that out there is 2nd class; “no man’s land for waiters (not one to be seen) and tables are set like picnics (different napkins and silverware) even though prices are the same as inside. In all, the worst I’ve seen in years. Guess Red Lobster is the same as they are owned by the same people.
First olive garden I have ever been to where they do not ask about soup or salad. Meal came and we asked where the salad was, waiter just shrugged and left, Our meal was almost done when a waiter showed up to make the salad.
