We went there for dinner in the middle of the week, the place not full, just some tables where occupied, We have a nice table in the restaurant, later talking to Mario and Eri, we found that they live on the first floor and the adult level their restaurant are they married and together about the operation of the restaurant. Mario's recommendations were excellent after what we told him we wanted to dinner. Later Eri came to our table and we also have a nice conversation with her. The food is Japanese, but very well adapted with some ingredients of Mexican cuisine, each dish and every drink is worth much more than what you pay when you are in Mexico for some time, and you want to try an option of fusion cuisine, Shizo Loung is a must. By the way, the name of this place is always mispell in Trip Advisor.
You can't be treated better at home. Mario and his wife create the perfect ambience to eat and treat an amazing experience. Personal service and food preparation is fantastic. Many regular sushi dishes and other fusions that can only be had at Sisho. They won't be disappointed.
A unique experience. It's hard to believe, but Chef Erin Kato did the magic. Their way of bringing delicate pure flavors of fine Japanese cuisine to Mexico is something that deserves a visit. If you have a fine kitchen lover, local or...visit Mexico City, don't miss it. By the way, it is also one of the best values (quality/price) in fine tuning in Mexico City. One last word I found is the right spell for the name of SHIZO restaurant.

A little and charming japanese garden, with a japanese art gallery, owned by a mexican photographer...and his wife ELI, a japanese master chef who cooks for you one by one each dish with unsurpassed quality, and love. Warm food is by far the best that I Know in the city, and in many other foreign cities, every dish is like a master piece, Try Sakana fish with black butter, try the sisho soup, the finest fry rice, and the osobucco. sushi is very good, simple, very good quality of fish and just simple, NO EXTRAVAGANZA. The place is to stay long time, eli cooks for everyone with just 2 other chefs. one by one the food is going out slowly, YES it is a slow restaurant but top of the line. Price 35-50 USD
He discovered this place today and could not believe that he is still relatively unknown. The place itself has a pleasant atmosphere with a Koi fish pond and open plan terrace. The menu has many fusion options that are completely unique to the restaurant, the food quality... was excellent and fresh, the cook has really created special dishes.
