Tj's Fish Fry - Bennington

This place is fantastic! Even though I've lived in the area for most of my 34 years, I had never tried TJ's Fish Fry until now, and I really regret missing out. I ordered the Fisherman’s Platter, which included cheeks, shrimp, scallops, and mussels, while my son opted for the Fish Fry. Both meals came out hot and fresh from the fryer, and the portions were enormous. The fish was obviously fresh and cooked to perfection. Next time, I plan to try the mushrooms because they sounded delicious. Additionally, you can enjoy outdoor seating on a beautiful summer day. I was very pleased with the quality of the food, and the prices are simply amazing! The Fisherman’s Platter is priced similarly to fish and chips at most places, and a Fish Fry with a drink costs about the same as a value meal at McDonald's.

I just left the restaurant, and I have to say, the shells, scallops, and fish were all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it. Mike and Laura, the owners, are wonderful people. If you're in the area, be sure not to miss this place!

If you're looking for fish and chips, this is the place for you! One of the best I've ever had, amazing fish, all fresh, TJ is very friendly and a beautiful guy! Recommended for everyone!

Today we got to experience Tj's fish and chips. TJ was awesome he let us try the fish before we purchased. Let's put it this way he's won a customer for life. Best fish and chips I've had in my life.
