The food was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes, but it took an hour and a half (another red flag). When the food finally arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. The wonton soup had wontons that looked crushed, the seafood lo mein was dry, and the three orders of pineapple pork fried rice were described by my kids as "just okay." The dumplings were burnt, the egg rolls were tiny, and the General Tso's chicken combo was the worst of all. Not only were the portions small, but the chicken was swimming in grease. I ended up having to throw it away. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the woman on the phone insisted that the chicken wasn't sitting in oil but rather in General Tso's sauce. She claimed it was their best-selling dish and dismissed my concerns without even offering an apology. I will never order from this place again, even if it were free! This restaurant deserves to be shut down.
The food is consistently excellent here; I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant.
Boneless spareribs and pork fried rice are recommended. The ribs always come with a lot of sauce and are usually very tender.
I think this place is great for something quick. Service and food timing was great. I ordered the boneless spareribs. Now everyone like there food different ways. I ordered it well done. There was a bunch of fat on my spare ribs the sauce was to sweet and watery for me but the rice was great. Price a bit higher then I am used to paying. But this is Philadelphia so prices are higher here. I threw away more fat then I had meat.
