Contribuisci feedbackI visited Annabellas for the first time today and I am so glad I did. Without Google, I wouldn't have known anything about this place. The interior of the restaurant is stunning and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, working well together. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We shared the vodka rigatoni and a 16oz NY strip steak, both of which were cooked perfectly. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
Our dinner was delicious. We went early before it got crowded. It was difficult to find in the building.
Great service, food not so much, will never return.
We dined there this evening for our six year anniversary the atmosphere was very nice. Our soup, salad and appetizers all came out at one time so I had to decide do I eat my hot French onion soup or my hot clams casino. I ordered the surf and turf for dinner and when she brought the plate out I immediately smelled the lobster was very fishy. I had one bite tasted extremely fishy knew something was not right and I told the waitress when she came by she apologized and asked if she can bring me something else. when the chef came out to ask how our dinner was I told him that the lobster was very fishy and something was not right. he told the waitress to take it back and take something off our check. When she returned with our check she said the other chef would not allow her to take anything off and she apologized. Granted, I have no problem paying for food. we spent $600 last week on a dinner at steak 48 in Philadelphia I have no problems paying for good food. But this was a surf and turf dinner that was $60 and the lobster portion was definitely bad fish. Not good.
This was my first visit to Annabella since they relocated from Bristol. I was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. My dish was supposed to have spicy sausage, but not only was it not spicy, it also tasted bad. When I mentioned this to the servers, their response was simply to tell the cook. Additionally, my companion ordered a martini which was brought to our table with the server admitting that the bartender didn't know how to make it and had to look up the recipe online. We greatly miss the original location in Bristol, as the food and service were much better there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Annabella.
