The machine have no ice like what the hell is going on in here? Workers are in bike shorts like I’m so scared to eat my meal. It’s not sanitary. Disgusted.
Good customer service. Chips were little oily and gauc was not to the taste (less salt and less lemon, bug chunks of gauc, not mashed properly)Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl
I don't know who is in charge of this place but it's an absolute disgrace, God bless you brave souls who choose this one lol... Worst employees I have ever seen, a Chipotle in the middle of kensington philadelphia wouldn't be this bad...
This place is horrible. I will never be coming here again. I have always had a problem with this place. Once they feel like they don’t want to work they tell people that they don’t take in-store orders and you have to order online. The chips here are left on the shelf for hours at a time and you can literally fold them in half from how stale they are. Their guacamole, taste like water, and I waited in line for 20 minutes all to find out that there was no chicken and they were not letting people know beforehand a waste of my time. Please go somewhere else do not come here.
I recently had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The server was incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in serving me. To make matters worse, they ran out of chicken and fajita veggies, which are essential ingredients for a satisfying meal. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to provide basic customer service and lacks the necessary ingredients. I hope Chipotle takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to ensure a better dining experience for others.
