Longhorn Steakhouse - BENSALEM

Steak was okay. We had expected it to be better for a $30 steak. The waitress was very inattentive.

I visited this place yesterday for the first time I came to the door, there was no waiting, we sat at our table immediately. The drinks were good and the food was perfect, I will definitely come back????????????

Food was good as usual, this is a very consistent restaurant. The staff is also typically friendly and competent. Waiting times are very short here. Like most medium-sized to lower high-end stone houses, they are done on the side of more than rare. All in all good experience in a comfortable environment for a fair price. Your bread is also excellent.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was good and I don't wait for a ridiculous time for everything. The food looked fresh, and although they didn't have my son's frozen drink, he was happy with his raspberry ice cream. Stacey was my waitress and she was enormous.

We normally like to sit at the bar bc we usually get better service. There were two bartenders Nicole (long reddish hair) and Mike. I believe those were the names bc I asked the regular sitting next to me. Nicole was clearly having a bad night but was so aggressive in her body language, slamming things around, shouting at coworkers, and being extremely short with customers including us. Anytime I needed something I asked Mike for it bc he was very sweet. I normally don?t complain bc I feel like everyone?s going to have a bad day now and then but the fact none of our dishes got cleared the entire time we sat and we were never even checked on once we got our entrees and the fact Nicole was so aggressive with the way she handled herself was enough to ruin our date night. We so needed a date night that even when our first babysitter cancelled we worked so hard to finding another sitter to only leave early bc the entire vibe was completely ruined by this bartender. I don?t expect a lot but I expect to be acknowledged and treated better than what we experienced tonight. Below are pictures of our dirty dishes sitting there while we signed our check. We even had to ask for boxes that were never offered. Why are all those dirty glasses sitting in front of us??? We will stick to the one in Warrington it?s 10x better.
