Dunkin' - Bensenville

I went to the restaurant around 11:30 am on a weekday to buy six donuts, but they were almost out of everything. The woman working seemed annoyed that they didn't have the donuts I wanted. When I brought them home to my family, we discovered that they were stale. Not just slightly stale, but really stale like they were two days old. The frosting was falling off the donuts. I was very disappointed and feel like I deserve a refund. I will not be returning to this restaurant and recommend that you avoid it as well.

This morning, I visited the DD location on Busse Road and Mark Street in Bensenville to get my coffee. The employee behind the counter was not wearing shoes while taking my order. After she stepped away, she did not clean the area. I have attached a photo for reference.
