Sheetz - Benson

I've been visiting Sheetz for years, and they always have fresh shakes and donuts that are fantastic. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

The main issue was that my order was prepared, but it wasn't placed on the mobile order shelf, which left it cold. After waiting for 40 minutes and making two inquiries, this is what I received? Is it normal to put the sauce on top of the bun? It's a total mess. The only reason I'm not giving this a rating of 1 is that the woman at the register made an effort to fix the situation.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong Sheetz, so I called ahead to sort it out. Since I had paid online, Sheetz (1) said they would contact Sheetz (2), where I was, to have them prepare my order. Unfortunately, Sheetz (2) didn't pick up the phone and seemed too busy chatting among themselves. The staff at Sheetz (1) were friendly, but my experience at Sheetz (2) was quite frustrating. Despite having six employees on duty, none answered the phone after three calls—coming from another Sheetz! Additionally, the gas prices were ridiculously high, about 30 cents above the average.

Ice is very good. Food was mediocre. Service was good

Ordered a value meal at the Sheetz on Highway 210 in Benson,NC and my burger had no top bun and when I tried calling the store and there was no answer
