If my order has not been delivered after an hour and a half, I call the restaurant. I am told that the order is on its way. After a long wait I called again. Then I got an unfriendly man on the line who told me that something went wrong with the order and that I had to wait until the order was prepared and I could arrive. When I tell them that I have been waiting almost two hours and am going to post a negative review. Become even more unfriendly sir and hang up without an excuse. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to wait 2 hours while they were literally an 8 minute drive away, eventually called the restaurant and after we were informed that the delivery person had left 5 minutes ago, they hung up without an apology or anything. Fries are limp, floury and cold, and even the dog doesn't dare to try the mixed grill. It's a shame we spent money on this. The first time was good, since then it has been a disappointment every time, but this time takes the cake.
