Nando's Flame Grilled Chicken

The restaurant was filthy, disgusting, and understaffed. It used to be good, but it was full of flies. The staff wore dirty aprons and not the usual ones. They got another couple's order wrong and we waited 20 minutes for one of our dishes to arrive (after being promised it would be ready in 10 minutes). The dish that was delivered was supposed to go to the other couple and was cold by the time my wife received it. My meal came after she had finished hers. Our two shared side dishes came separately with each main dish, causing her to lose her appetite for her portion. The place needs a good clean, more staff, better water service, sauce bottles, etc., as we are used to.

This was the dirtiest Nando's I have ever been to. The health inspector should definitely pay a visit. The service was rude and the food was overcooked.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nando's. I spent $60 on takeaway and it was not worth it at all. None of us enjoyed our meals. The burgers were mostly lettuce with very little else. My salad was also mostly lettuce with a few tomato slices and cucumber. My friend's wrap was lacking in flavor and the ingredients were not evenly distributed. They forgot one of our items, garlic bread, and did not include sweet potatoes that we had ordered. The service was terrible, as the waitress did not listen to our orders and they took almost half an hour to prepare. When they finally informed us that they were out of sweet potato fries, they did not offer an alternative. I am very frustrated with the poor quality of food and service considering the amount of money I spent.

We love nandos and have eaten at some. we had a tasty bun at the Bentleigh location. unfortunately we sometimes have slightly burned chips or a missed product. the service is not bad, but it can wait if there are a few people. For...a expensive take-off option, it would be great to have a better consistency. if it's great, it's great!

Dropped into this store a couple of times first time food was cold but thought it may have been just my bad luck second time completely got our orders wrong and cold sorry guys not again
