I find no problems with the staff here. They are always cheery and helpful. I do think there could be some efficiency improvements and the wait times are a little long and a bit pricey for cafeteria food. But otherwise food is generally decent and selection is variably good to very good.

Framingham location No one smiles. No one is friendly, I feel like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job. Stopped going there eventhough it is simple to just do down one flight. Started going to wegmans and other places around.

Wow, I saw both of the 1 star reviews and I was confused. Now I completely understand. The staff there is completely miserable with their jobs. Treat the customers like they are unwelcome. There is one woman, appears to be latin, that is completely miserable and rude, never smiling or saying anything nice, just flat and rude, like she wants you to leave the place as soon as possible. I will NEVER return to this place. Left a horrible taste in my mouth after leaving the last time.Also please note, everything at this cafe is overpriced. They think they can take advantage of the fact that they are in an office building so people will just go there out of convenience. Horrible. Don't waste your money or time.

Was charged for a purchase and was neither at this establishment, nor even in the state of MA. Credit card company said my card number was manually punched in on the 6th of January, 2017.
