Kfc - Benton Heights

This locations no refund policy makes sense after you 've experience their poor customer service. Everybody would be getting their money back, very poorly managed.

I will never come back mixed old chicken with fresh out of biscuits waited 15 minutes for four pieces of chicken and 12 nuggets

Worst drive thru service ever! They don't even answer when you drive up and then they make you wait so long, I usually end up driving off..

Twice I went thru and ordered a breast meal and got a thigh instead, what a ripoff, I just stopped going to all restaurants in this town, you can't trust any of them.

No one greeted me or the other customers. Got there at 4:50. Got waited on at 4:01. Took until 4:35 to get the order. Got home. My order didn't have the biscuits, and it had someone else's side dish in the box. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold.I paid 42.00 dollars. I could have got a better meal anywhere for less.One guy said that a shift change happened. I went in the following Monday to voice my displeasure only to stand there in front of the counter for more than 5 minutes without anyone coming to counter or even acknowledging that someone was in the store. I left! I will not ever go to the M-139 KFC again!!!!!!!!I can't recommend anything at this takeout location.
