Chipotle Mexican Grill - Benton Park

The workers looked like they hated their job had God awful attitudes. I asked for pollo al pastor they said they didn’t have any, so I ordered something else, they hadn’t finished putting on my condiments when a whole new batch of pollo al pastor came out. Really a disappointment. I ordered a barbacoa taco plain, they went to put the meat on the taco and purposely skimmed the meat because I mentioned that they had just told me they didn’t have the meat I wanted and seconds later it came out. The workers ultimately don’t care. I returned the taco but was stuck eating something I wasn’t thrilled about. Won’t be returning.

I had such a bad experience today will be my last time ever going to chipotle. I love their guac it’s really the only reason I go to chipotle. I hold chipotle to higher standards because the food is expensive in my opinion. Here I am excited and ordering my food bowl and I don’t get told they didn’t have guac until the very last step. I was disappointed but If I was told from the start I would’ve gone elsewhere. Also, they had guac for online orders so it’s hard to believe they couldn’t make some. Anyway, as I imagined it tasted nothing the same I was able to taste the actual food for the first time without it being disguised by guac and the meat had little flavor, the lettuce was cut lazy and weee biggo pieces and the steak was super chewy and 50 of it was none edible. Maybe im just being dramatic and a Karen but I’m so sad im literally crying I was looking forward to this meal all day after having a bad day already. I’m sure they’ll do just fine without my business lol but I will never go back and I will let everyone know their meat sucks at least the one on Gosford
