Jamba - Benton Park

Love this location better than any other jamba in town thanks for the amazing service!!

My favorite is the Acai Bowl but the drinks are good as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful and give you suggestions on what will be helpful for what you need. The waffles are a must try! ?

Seriously, so annoyed. Every order is wrong. You can't report the issue on the app. You can't call the 800 number because it's no longer in service, and the local store doesn't answer the phone. Appreciation is dead for customers. I should be charging them for my wasted time. I didn't agree to pay for half services, I didn't agree to waste over an hour of my day because of them. Don't order. Pass. Horrible location, store and service.

I have been in the store twice recently and the workers could not stop talking to each other to take my order and give me my food. One of the workers stood with her back to me for several minutes

8:30pm on April 21st.Please be sure to serve drinks without them overflowing from the straw hole. I had to grab napkins myself to wipe down the drinks in front of the employees. Take a hint, people. I don’t want messy drinks in my car. Other than that, this place is great. I go here all the time. Usually it’s some new employee who doesn’t understand presentation. Don’t make me do your job, please.
