At arrival, the inside is really nice and unique. While enjoying the atmosphere I also noticed that there was a lot of dust everywhere and anywhere. Service was great. Waitresses checked on us multiple times and made sure our cups didn’t stay empty. For the food it was subpar. The enchiladas had a a weird flavor to the sauce. It really tasted like tomato sauce with some seasoning. The tortillas tasted and felt like they didn’t even heat them up and came straight out of the packaging. BUT the rice and beans were really good.
As usual I have the special at luch which was Carne Asada Enchilada with rice and beans for $15.99. Such a great meal for a great price.
Okay so the service I had no problem with, the atmosphere is even nice but this couldn't make up for the awfulness of the food. Ordered the enchiladas, tasted as if the tortillas were stale or not properly heated all the way (I questioned why fruit was even a substitution for beans but still gave it a shot dumbly, and the fruit tasted bitter/old) also order the shrimp cocktail which came out way to thick, half way through I gave up eating it cus it just didn't sit right. There were plenty of leftovers to take but I didn't even bother asking for a to go box. Was really disappointed for my 1st time eating there.
Quiet and relaxed place. To my wife for a mini date and she loved it.
