Pizza Hut - Benton

The restaurant was unclean, the service was sluggish, and the stuffed crust on one of our pizzas was undercooked. It’s typically quite good, but today was disappointing.

The food was great, as always, but the service was outstanding. I believe our server's name was Madden, and he was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. He truly excels at his job. We have three Pizza Huts that are all about the same distance from home, but I will choose this one again just because of him. Thank you!

I had a pleasant experience despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon. The service was attentive, and the cheese bread and pizza were absolutely delicious.

The pizzas a typically very good. There have been a few occasions when I called in an order for a pan pizza and was told they were out of the dough for pan pizzas. I'm not sure how that happens but it is pretty frustrating. *Update...With the last 2 or 3 pizzas we've gotten from Pizza Hut the toppings on the pizzas seem to have been reduced pretty dramatically. The Supreme pizzas have pretty large areas of just cheese on some of the pizzas. On a Supreme I expect the toppings to pretty much cover the top of the pizza like they used to. It definitely changes the taste of the pizza and they are not even close to being as good as they used to be and I've always loved Pizza Hut pizza. I hate it but I find myself ordering pizzas from other places more often than I used to.

Good service for a Sunday lunch. The pizzas were hot and the salads were good. The service was good and she had been there a long time so she knew the menu and was very quick with the ordering.
