My son has a very bad gluten allergy, so I was hesitant on ordering a pizza for my boy, upon mentioning this to the shift manager Colteen, he went above and beyond to clean out the oven, but still I wasn’t sure. After he assured me with the cauliflower crust and the extent that he cleaned the oven, I can surely say I’m impressed with the customer service. As I watch my boy eat his pizza with my other kiddos, i can guarantee we will be back. Hopefully we will catch the buffet!!!Parking: Very busy day so parking was difficult, but the back end parking lot is usually empty

While visiting Kentucky Lake from Chicago we visited with a large group of 12 people for dinner. Despite a large confusing order the staff did a good job communicating the specials and taking our order. There was some minor confusion upon checkout but the manager made things right and was very helpful.The arcade games, bathrooms, and dining room were all very clean and well maintained. The amount of prizes/tickets earned were very reasonable and the kids had a blast and walked away with fun prizes.On top of the facilities being great the pizza far exceeded our expectations. The staff did a great job adding a lot of cheese and all the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Everyone in the group was raving about it. We would definitely recommend it!
