Yum Yum Benton

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a disappointing experience. I asked a few questions to the girl behind the counter, but when the phone rang, she answered it and made us wait. It wasn’t a huge issue at first, but things got worse when more customers came in. Another employee took their orders before us, even though we had been waiting at the counter. The girl on the phone eventually told us that the other employee would assist us, but she then turned away and didn’t help us at all while the first girl remained busy on the phone. Frustrated, we decided to leave before even finishing our order. It’s unfortunate because my kids really enjoy hibachi, and this place is conveniently close to my workplace. We won’t be returning.

I'm fairly certain I experienced food poisoning from this place yesterday. I’m unsure if it was the yum yum sauce (maybe it was past its prime), but the food itself was fresh. I really enjoy dining here, but this experience will always haunt me.

This is our favorite spot for takeout! I'm always met with a warm greeting when I walk in. Just call ahead and stop by! The food is absolutely delicious. My husband and I usually share a chicken teriyaki box along with side orders of egg roll and crab rangoon. We love Yum Yums!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I always order the chicken and fried rice, and their teriyaki sauce is simply amazing! Plus, the lady at the front is incredibly kind. I enjoy chatting with her while I wait for my food, and she's just so sweet. There was even a time when I tried to place an order and they didn’t answer, but they actually called me back. The customer service here is outstanding! Keep up the great work, you wonderful people!

We had our first experience at Yum Yum Benton, and it was outstanding! I ordered egg rolls, crab rangoons (the best I've had in ages!), fried sushi, shrimp and chicken with fried rice and vegetables, and everything was incredible! I really wish I had taken photos before we devoured it all! We will definitely be returning!
