Cracker Barrel - Bentonville

I make it a point to stop at Cracker Barrel for my first meal during every road trip. The green beans are absolutely delicious, the country fried steak is a must-try, and the fluffy and delicious biscuits are just irresistible. The staff members are all friendly and have great attitudes.

Cracker Barrel is my favorite place anyway but as always, the food was delicious and the service the best. Our server, Tiffany was excellent.

First time here and it was amazing! My husband ordered the sampler and loved every bit of it. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was almost not even cooked. Our server Lisa came by and was sincerely apologetic and took it back and replaced it with a chicken fried chicken instead. The manager took it off our ticket without even asking us if Thats what we wanted and also gave us a free dessert that we had to decline because we were so full. I am floored by the amazing service of our waitress Lisa!! She is amazing and sweet in every way!!! Great management and PERFECT staff! Would always recommend.

We're always happy when we leave Cracker Barrel. What's our secret? I'll tell you. The food is nearly always very good. So, we learned a long time ago that if YOU treat your server the way YOU would like to be treated; that goes a long way to awesome service. It doesn't cost anyone to share a smile, and be friendly to your server. They are there to serve you, but not to be your servant. I have yet to not have a server there respond positively to a smile, and small talk about how their day is going so far. Try it, you'll find it works.

Cracker Barrel is one of my top restaurant choices thanks to its excellent food, wide menu selection, and friendly and experienced wait staff. Whether dining with a large group or dining solo, it's the perfect spot for satisfying hunger.
