Domino's Pizza - Bentonville

I've had really disappointing experiences at this Domino's store lately. They consistently burn the pizzas, mess up my orders, or let them sit on the heating rack for too long. While they sometimes offer a free pizza on my next order as a way to make up for it, I would much rather have my order done right and on time in the first place.

The pizza is consistently delicious, and I really enjoyed the toppings. The server provided excellent service, and I would definitely return. The entire staff was very helpful.

I received the wrong salad and the crust on our orders wasn't right. I contacted the restaurant, and they quickly remade our pizza and provided the correct salad. The staff here is fantastic, and I'm really grateful for how they resolved everything!

I like dominoes baked sandwiches. if they did not have a chance to eat a id recommend getting an asap!

When I called the gentleman that took my order was awesome made me laugh and was my smile for the day. However, I got there to get my food thought I 'd try the drive thru. Sat there with employees going back and forth and not even acknowledging us. After like what seemed forever I said do you all not have e staff to work the window and the little silver and blue haired little girl rudely sighed and said ya guess I can help you. Well dear don 't put yourself out or anything. I 'd put her name her but she wasn 't wearing a name tag. Your customer service is what leaves a lasting impression and while the order taker was awesome my puck up experience blew that up. I really do think the guy on the phone deserves a raise and the little girl needs retrained.
